Job Summary

We are expanding our business into the textile industry and are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Textile Coordinator to support day-to-day textile operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in fabric sourcing, vendor coordination, order tracking, production follow-ups, and documentation while ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with fabric suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers for timely procurement.
Track purchase orders, production status, and delivery schedules.
Follow up with vendors regarding material availability and dispatch.
Maintain records of fabrics, trims, accessories, and inventory.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
Assist in fabric sourcing, sample development, and product coordination.
Monitor production timelines and update management on project status.
Prepare reports using MS Excel and maintain proper documentation.
Resolve vendor-related issues and ensure timely communication.




Support day-to-day operational activities related to textile and garment production.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in the Textile or Garment industry.
Basic knowledge of fabrics, garments, and textile production processes.
Experience in vendor coordination and order follow-ups.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Robust communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in Textile, Fashion, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
Experience in textile sourcing, merchandising, production coordination, or procurement will be preferred.
Local candidates from Raipur or nearby locations are preferred.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
