Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise day-to-day production activities for power transformers.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate manufacturing processes including core assembly, coil winding, active part assembly, tanking, oil filling, testing coordination, and final dispatch.
Monitor material availability and coordinate with Stores, Purchase, and Planning teams.
Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
Ensure compliance with manufacturing drawings, work instructions, and quality procedures.
Identify process improvements to reduce rework, improve productivity, and minimize production losses.
Prepare daily production reports and monitor production schedules.




Maintain shop floor discipline, safety practices, and 5S standards.
Work closely with the Quality and Testing departments to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in transformer or electrical equipment manufacturing.
Experience in manufacturing Power Distribution/Power Transformers up to 10 MVA will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
