Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer with a solid background in Mivan formwork technology and high-rise residential construction. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing structural and finishing activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site execution of high-rise residential projects using Mivan aluminium formwork technology.
Plan and monitor structural activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensure quality control of RCC works, Mivan formwork installation, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing activities.
Monitor the Mivan cycle and optimize productivity to achieve project milestones.
Review drawings and resolve technical issues at the site.
Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely availability.
Verify work measurements and contractor bills.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.




Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Support project handover by ensuring completion of snag rectification and documentation.

Required Experience
5–8 years of experience in residential construction projects.
Hands-on experience with Mivan aluminium formwork systems.
Experience in executing at least one complete high-rise residential project from foundation to handover.
Solid knowledge of RCC frame structures, construction sequencing, and finishing works.
Experience in managing subcontractors and site teams.

Technical Skills
Robust understanding of Mivan formwork systems and construction methodology.
Knowledge of RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6 is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹243,085.20 - ₹788,018.28 per year
