Inside Sales
Contact leads provided by the marketing team through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers on a daily basis.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain lead status and customer communication records.
Build and update a database of prospective customers through online research.
Operations
Pack and dispatch customer orders accurately.
Maintain inventory records and calculate stock availability.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for order execution.
Ensure proper documentation related to dispatch and inventory.
Required Skills
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Comfortable with telephonic sales and WhatsApp communication.
Valuable organizational and inventory management skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Support, Operations, Inventory Management, or Administration.
