About the Role:

Katyayani Organics is looking for an experienced Fragrance Formulation Executive with expertise in developing and manufacturing fragrance formulations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating unique fragrances using aroma chemicals, essential oils, and fragrance bases while ensuring product quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and formulate fragrances for personal care, home care, detergents, air fresheners, incense, and other applications.
Create new fragrance profiles by blending aroma chemicals, essential oils, and natural extracts.
Modify and improve existing formulations based on customer and market requirements.
Scale up formulations from lab to commercial production.
Supervise production activities and ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to SOPs.
Ensure compliance with IFRA standards and maintain formulation and batch records.
Coordinate with QA, Production,



and Procurement teams for smooth manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Perfumery, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Certification in Perfumery or Fragrance Technology is an added advantage.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in fragrance creation and formulation.
Robust knowledge of aroma chemicals, essential oils, fragrance notes, and blending techniques.
Understanding of IFRA standards, fragrance stability, and quality control.
Robust sensory, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience:
6–10 years of experience in fragrance formulation, perfumery, cosmetics, essential oils, flavors & fragrances, or chemical manufacturing.
Experience in developing fragrance formulations from concept to commercial production is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
