Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels. • Create engaging content, including captions, posts, stories, and campaign ideas aligned with the brand voice. • Plan and execute monthly content calendars and social media campaigns. • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors to create high quality content. • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement to identify recent opportunities. • Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and skilled manner. • Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all online and offline communication channels. • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and promotional activities. • Track social media performance, prepare monthly reports, and recommend improvements based on analytics. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials. • Support influencer collaborations, partnerships, and brand promotion initiatives when required.



Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communications. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. • Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms. • Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, and social media scheduling tools. • Basic knowledge of content creation, branding, and digital marketing strategies. Preferred Skills • Experience with Meta Ads and social media analytics. • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. • Understanding of influencer marketing and brand collaborations. • Creative thinking with strong storytelling and copywriting skills. • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
