Position: Design Architect

Qualification: B. Arch / Diploma in Architecture

Experience: Minimum 5+ Years (Industrial Project Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.
Prepare layouts, plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with Structural, PEB, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and MEPF teams. Prepare 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials.
Participate in client meetings and design discussions.
Review consultant and vendor drawings for coordination.
Prepare BOQs, specifications, reports, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
Support execution teams with design clarifications during construction.





Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture.
COA Registration preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in Architectural Design Consultancy.
Robust preference for candidates with Industrial Project experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, V-Ray, and related software.
Positive understanding of industrial building planning, coordination, and construction practices.
Robust communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
