Reservation Management
Handle flight reservation requests for domestic and international travel.
Provide customers with suitable flight options based on schedule, fare, and airline preferences.
Create, modify, and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs).
Process bookings through GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or Travelport.
Coordinate with airlines and suppliers regarding seat availability and special requests.
Ticketing Operations
Issue, reissue, refund, and cancel airline tickets.
Process fare quotations and ensure accurate fare calculations.
Handle ticket exchanges, date changes, rerouting, and revalidation.
Ensure compliance with airline fare rules and ticketing policies.
Verify passenger details before ticket issuance to avoid errors.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
