Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support business development, events, and promotional activities within the mall. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing footfall, identifying and onboarding current tenants, executing events, and strengthening the mall’s presence.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential business partners/tenants for mall spaces
Coordinate discussions and documentation for leasing
Plan and execute mall events & marketing campaigns
Work with vendors/agencies for event execution
Develop marketing strategies to increase footfall
Track market trends & competitor activities
Prepare reports on marketing and leasing activities
Support digital & offline promotions
Maintain relationships with existing tenants
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently & as part of a team
Experience in mall/retail marketing preferred
Experience in event planning and vendor management
Willingness to work weekends and holidays during events and promotions
