Welcome and greet guests courteously.
Ensure guests are seated and attended promptly.
Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues immediately.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Supervise waiters/stewards during service.
Assign tables and service sections to staff.
Ensure service standards and grooming standards are maintained.
Monitor service timing and coordination with the kitchen.
Train recent service staff on SOPs and service etiquette.
Conduct briefing sessions before service.
Motivate and guide team members.
Report staff performance issues to management.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
