Job Title: Service Associate (Both Day and night)

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Reporting To: Duty Officer/ Duty Manager

Interview Timing: 10 Am- 5 PM

Job Summary:

PVR Cinemas is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Associates to join our team in Saharaganj. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting patrons, and ensuring smooth cinema operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers courteously.
Guide guests to their respective screens and seats.
Check tickets and ensure proper entry and seating.
Manage the crowd during entry, interval, and exit.
Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, screens, and restrooms.




Operate POS counters for food & beverage sales.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
Positive communication skills in basic English is mandatory.
Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Team player and quick learner.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
