Position: Sales Team Leader – Admissions

Experience: 1–4 years (EdTech/Online Education/Distance Education)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 8–12 Sales Executives.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, projections, and talk time.
Conduct call audits, coaching, and training sessions.
Ensure CRM data accuracy and follow-up discipline.
Handle escalated admissions and customer objections.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Drive team productivity and improve conversion rates.
Key KPIs
Daily Calls: 80+ dials & 40+ connects
Projection Accuracy: ≥ 90%
Talk Time: ≥ 2.5 hours/day
Team Admissions: 120–150 per month
Call Audits: 10 calls per executive/week
Reporting: 100% EOD & weekly compliance
Required Skills
Solid leadership and team management.
Experience in EdTech sales/admissions.
Excellent communication and counselling skills.
CRM, MIS, and reporting knowledge.
Target-oriented with solid coaching and objection-handling skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
