Job Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out.
Handle reservations and guest inquiries.
Answer phone calls and maintain guest records.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
1–3 years of hotel front office experience.
Valuable communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Basic computer knowledge (PMS experience is an added advantage).
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
Willingness to work rotational shifts.
