Key Responsibilites

Conduct inducton training for newly hired drivers.

Train drivers on company policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.

Educate drivers on road safety, defensive driving, and emergency procedures.

Ensure compliance with uniform, grooming, and personal hygiene standards.

Train drivers on client-specific guidelines and workplace discipline.

Conduct refresher training sessions to improve performance and compliance.

Assess driver knowledge through practical and theoretical evaluations.

Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.

Coordinate with HR and Operations to identify training needs.

Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Training, HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).

Certification in Training, Road Safety, Occupational Safety, or Learning & Development is an added advantage.

Experience 3–8 years of experience in employee training, driver training, transport operations, logistics, facility management, or a related field.

Experience in conducting induction programs, safety training,



and compliance training is preferred.

Skills Required Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, Tamil, and Hindi preferred).

Robust knowledge of road safety regulations and driver behavior management. Experience in conducting classroom and practical training sessions.

Valuable understanding of workplace discipline, grooming standards, and compliance requirements.

Ability to prepare training modules, SOPs, and training documentation. Strong interpersonal, coaching, and mentoring skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel to client locations across Chennai as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in training commercial drivers or transport staff.

Knowledge of defensive driving techniques and workplace safety practices. Ability to motivate, coach, and improve driver performance.

Solid organizational and reporting skills. Positive atitude with a focus on safety, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
