We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager – Admissions to lead student enrolment operations, drive lead-to-admission conversion, and manage a high-performing admissions team.

Student Counselling & Admissions
Student Calling (Inbound & Outbound)
Lead Generation & Enquiry Handling
Lead Conversion & Follow-ups
Admission Target Achievement
CRM Management & MIS Reporting
Student Onboarding & Documentation
Eligibility Verification & Fee Coordination
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Cross-functional Coordination (Marketing, Academics & Accounts)
Admission Strategy & Process Improvement

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field.
8–10 years of experience in admissions management, student counselling,



business development, or operations.
Robust communication, negotiation, conversion, and team leadership skills.
Prior experience in the education / training sector highly preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Timing
Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6 pm
Saturday – 9 am to 5 pm
