An assistant plant manager in a minerals processing company supports daily operations, manages production workflows, and ensures safety compliance. Key focus areas include supervising processing equipment, maintaining quality control, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Oversight: Coordinate crushing, grinding, separation, and mineral extraction processes to meet daily production targets.
Maintenance Management: Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules for heavy industrial machinery like conveyors, crushers, and mills.
Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor shift supervisors, operators, and technical staff.
Quality & Cost Control: Monitor mineral grade outputs, reduce material waste, and assist in managing the operational budget.





Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in mining, chemical, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on plant manufacturing, mineral processing, or heavy industrial operations experience.
Skills: Robust equipment troubleshooting aptitude, knowledge of Lean manufacturing, and proficiency in MS Office/data analysis tools.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
