Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
Strong knowledge of designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
Experience in developing RESTful services and APIs.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
