Architect CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment automation at scale
Define DevOps strategy, tooling standards,



and best practices across teams
Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and reliability engineering initiatives
Drive infrastructure cost optimization and capacity planning
Mentor engineers on automation, observability, and cloud-native practices
Own security, compliance, and disaster recovery posture for infrastructure
Evaluate and implement current DevOps/SRE tooling (Terraform, Kubernetes, monitoring stacks)

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Partner with engineering leadership on platform roadmap and scalability
