We are looking for a US Non-IT Recruiter to support hiring for non-technical roles across the US market. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, sourcing, and candidate management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates for non-IT positions through job portals and LinkedIn.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Build talent pipelines for ongoing hiring requirements.
Ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of recruitment experience (Freshers may apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust organizational and relationship management skills.
Willingness to work in US shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
