Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate has a robust background in pharmaceutical sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the pharmaceutical sales team.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare specialists and key customers.
Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to team members.
Identify current business opportunities and analyze market trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy,
Life Sciences, or a related field.
5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including leadership experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Thrissur, Kerala (Thrissur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
