Roles & Responsibilities
Enhance and maintain existing web-based applications.
Develop recent modules and functionalities as per user requirements.
Fix software bugs and performance issues.
Modify existing application features based on business requirements.
Perform database optimization and maintenance.
Develop reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Implement application changes while maintaining coding standards.
Support software integration with other applications.
Perform data migration and backup activities.
Ensure application security and compliance with organizational policies.
Prepare technical documentation and user manuals.
Provide end-user support and hands-on training.




Troubleshoot software issues and resolve incidents within defined timelines.
