Salary: ₹ 3.5 to 5.5 LPA

Role Overview: We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment process: job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
Handle onboarding and induction for recent employees
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
Address employee queries and assist in conflict resolution




Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in an HR generalist or executive role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with HR software/ATS tools
Sound understanding of HR policies and basic labour law
Experience in compliance (payroll, policy formation,etc.)

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
