About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled BDE with 2–4 years of experience in IT/web development sales. The ideal candidate can convert leads into clients, handle cold calling, and independently manage client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads for web development & IT services
Handle outbound sales (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc)
Understand client requirements & coordinate with the technical team
Build solid client relationships and meet sales targets
Skills Required:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Robust attention to detail
Understanding of IT services and outsourcing
Confident in cold calling and handling sales independently
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,665.12 - ₹30,814.40 per month
