Core Duties and Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation & Craftsmanship
Espresso & Coffee: Grind, dose, and tamp espresso shots to achieve the perfect extraction.
Milk Steaming: Steam and texture milk for lattes and cappuccinos, often finishing with latte art.
Specialty Drinks: Prepare pour-overs, teas, and iced beverages according to exact recipes and customer specifications.
Customer Service & Sales
Welcoming Guests: Greet customers, provide menu recommendations, and explain ingredients or dietary substitutions.
Order Fulfillment: Process orders accurately, ensuring special requests (e.g., dairy ratios, sugar levels) are met.
Handling Complaints: Resolve issues professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
Equipment Maintenance & Hygiene
Sanitation: Follow all health and safety guidelines regarding food handling, cleanliness,



and personal hygiene.
Machine Upkeep: Clean grinders, espresso machines, and brewing tools daily.
Daily Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and report any breakdowns to the manager.
Cash Handling & Inventory
Transactions: Process cash and card payments accurately using the café’s point-of-sale (POS) system.
Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, restock coffee beans, cups, and pastries, and alert management to supply shortages

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
