Job Role & Responsibilties -
Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Book domestic and international flight tickets, hotel accommodations, holiday packages, cruises, visas, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel packages based on budget and preferences.
Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
Manage end-to-end travel bookings, including ticket issuance, cancellations, refunds, rebooking, and amendments.
Provide accurate information regarding visa requirements, travel regulations, baggage policies, and destination guidelines.
Upsell travel products and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to ensure smooth customer experiences.
Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and booking details in CRM/software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
