Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.

Prepare and follow up on quotations for automation products.

Coordinate with the sales team to process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain customer databases, sales records, and order documentation.

Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and sales reports.

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and warehouse teams regarding product availability and dispatch.

Monitor order status and update customers on delivery schedules.

Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing administrative assistance.

Prepare monthly sales reports and maintain MIS data.

Assist in tender documentation and other sales-related activities when required.

Maintain proper filing of technical documents, catalogues, and customer correspondence.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.





1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support (experience in industrial automation products is preferred).

Required Skills

Valuable knowledge of computers and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience with ERP/CRM software is an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹11,485.99 - ₹20,000.00 per month
