Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products and services in a transparent and persuasive manner.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with interested prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Handle customer objections professionally and close sales prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead management.
Keep up to date with product knowledge, offers, and promotional campaigns.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Prepare daily call reports and performance updates.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
