Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used on site.
Plan and allocate daily work to carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.
Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify issues requiring corrective action.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a secure working workplace.
Coordinate material deliveries and verify quantities received on site.
Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
Take site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.
Attend client meetings and resolve site-related concerns professionally.
Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and installation of materials.
Ensure site cleanliness and proper housekeeping throughout the project.
Report delays, material shortages, and technical issues to the Project Manager.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
