We are looking for a dynamic and motivated MBA Placement Officer to strengthen our Placement Cell. The ideal candidate will build robust relationships with companies, generate placement opportunities, coordinate campus recruitment drives, and support students in achieving successful career outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with HR professionals and corporate recruiters.
Identify and approach companies for campus recruitment and internship prospects.
Organize placement drives, job fairs, and campus interviews.
Coordinate with students, faculty, and employers throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain an updated database of recruiters, job openings, and placement records.
Assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance.




Achieve placement targets and increase the number of recruiting companies.

Requirements
MBA in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in placement, recruitment, HR, or corporate relations (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn.
Ability to work independently and meet placement targets.
Represent the institution at industry events and networking meetings.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
