We are looking for an experienced HRMS Tester with solid knowledge of manual and automation testing. Candidate should have experience testing HRMS modules like payroll, attendance, leave, and employee management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Manual and Automation Testing
Prepare Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Scenarios
Conduct Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT Testing
Identify, track, and report defects
Validate HRMS workflows and business processes
Perform database validation using SQL queries
Coordinate with developers and business teams
Ensure application quality and performance
