Job Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
Build solid relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
Requirements
Minimum 1.5–2 years of experience as a Student Counsellor in an EdTech company or educational academy.
Robust communication, counselling, and sales skills.
Target-oriented with a proven track record in admissions.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience and interview performance)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
