Job Description in Brief:
Individual contributor, Handling Area or state depending on the geography
Should have very valuable experience in Electricals / lighting.
Setting up & activation of current channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process.
Regular meeting with active channel partners
Hands on experience in Channel Sales and end to end Sales life cycle.
Deep knowledge of Channel Sales, Dealer and Distribution Management.
Should have strategic mind to play key role in dealer networking.
Strong passion for hardcore sales and business development activities
Should be open for field work.
Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally.
Maintaining Customer Relations & Satisfaction i.e. Dealers / Distributors / Companies / Partners to keep them aware of OSUM Smart Innovations.
Make productive use of business-to-business referrals, leveraging existing relationships to cement new opportunities.
Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase effectiveness and success of campaigns.
