Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a skilled and friendly manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laptops, desktops, accessories, and related products.
Explain product specifications, features, pricing, and offers in simple terms.
Convert customer inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, and IT hardware.
Ability to understand and explain technical specifications such as Processor, RAM, SSD, Graphics, and Display.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Positive presentation and selling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility
Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
0–3 years of experience in retail sales,



electronics, mobile, computer, or IT hardware sales is preferred.

Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage:
Laptop or computer retail stores
Electronics retail
Mobile phone stores
Consumer electronics
IT hardware sales
Acer, Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS or similar brands
