Trainee position in After-Sales Service for SANY Excavators.
Ideal for fresh Diploma/ITI graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing of excavators.
Attend breakdown calls and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faults.
Assist in machine repairs, overhauls, testing, commissioning, and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).
Conduct machine health inspections and recommend preventive maintenance.
Read and interpret service manuals, hydraulic circuits, and electrical wiring diagrams.
Prepare service reports, inspection reports, warranty claims, and job completion reports.
Coordinate with the spare parts team for timely parts availability and warranty replacements.
Maintain service tools, testing equipment, and company assets in positive condition.
Provide technical support and basic operational guidance to customers and machine operators.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and site safety regulations.
Maintain skilled customer relationships and deliver high-quality service.
Report recurring technical issues and support root cause analysis.
Travel extensively to customer sites,



construction projects, and mining locations.
Qualification: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and construction equipment.
Positive troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills for digital service reporting.
Willingness to travel extensively for field service assignments.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
Structured technical training on SANY Excavators.
Hands-on field experience with experienced service engineers.
