Job Summary
Oversee the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests while maintaining high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily housekeeping operations.
Allocate duties to housekeeping staff.
Inspect rooms and public areas.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Monitor housekeeping inventory and supplies.
Train and guide housekeeping team.
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance.
Handle guest requests related to housekeeping.
Requirements
2–4 years of housekeeping experience.
At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Valuable leadership and communication skills.
Eye for detail and cleanliness.
Willing to work rotational shifts.
Hospitality experience preferred.
