Technical Documentation Specialist – Solar Service Department

Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy or related field (Mandatory)
Experience: 2+ Years of relevant experience (Mandatory)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Documentation Specialist to support our Solar Service operations. The role involves solar plant monitoring, service coordination, technical documentation, warranty management, and maintaining project records.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor solar inverters through monitoring portals and identify faults, alarms, and performance issues.
Coordinate service activities, breakdown services, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Prepare and maintain service reports, technical documents, quotations, invoices, and payment tracking records.
Coordinate with service teams, customers, and manufacturers for issue resolution and follow-ups.
Manage warranty claims for inverters, optimizers, energy meters, and AMR devices.
Track replacement cases, service status,



and maintain related documentation.
Maintain project handover documents, QC reports, and technical records.
Update service details in ERP systems and Excel/Google Sheets.
Prepare daily service reports and track pending activities.

Required Skills
Robust technical understanding of solar PV systems and electrical components.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and documentation practices.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple service activities and deadlines.
Experience with solar monitoring portals and ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in solar service operations, inverter monitoring, warranty coordination, and technical documentation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
