Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and resolve technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
Robust knowledge of web content management systems and experience in customizing and extending Adobe Experience Manager components.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance user interface development.
Ability to integrate Adobe Experience Manager with other enterprise systems and third-party services.
Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration processes to support efficient development workflows.
Understanding of application architecture and design patterns relevant to content management solutions.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
