Electronics Warehouse Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of electronic products.
Lead and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
Verify incoming electronic components and finished goods for quantity, quality, and compliance with specifications.
Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive electronic items, including adherence to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection procedures.
Plan and prioritize workloads to meet customer delivery schedules and production requirements.
Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and shipping issues.
Enforce warehouse safety policies, housekeeping standards (5S), and company procedures.
Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, logistics, and transportation teams to ensure smooth material flow.
Train, mentor,



and evaluate warehouse personnel to improve performance and compliance.
Prepare warehouse reports, including inventory status, productivity, and KPI performance.
Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and health and safety regulations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, minimize errors, and improve customer satisfaction.
