Must have a strong and stable Wi-Fi/internet connection

Roles & Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other hiring channels
Call candidates to explain job opportunities and assess their interest
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
Follow up with shortlisted candidates until they join
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms
Coordinate with the hiring team to understand hiring requirements




Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Achieve assigned recruitment targets within timelines

Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email, and internet)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good follow-up and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
