We are looking for an experienced B2C Manager to lead our student recruitment, counselling, and conversion team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in overseas education and be capable of driving admissions through an effective counselling process, team leadership, and conversion strategies.
This role requires ownership of the complete student journey—from lead generation to visa success—while ensuring exceptional student experience and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the B2C counselling team.
Drive student enrolment and revenue targets.
Improve lead-to-enrolment conversion.
Monitor leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
Guide students and parents throughout the admission process.
Coordinate with visa, university, and marketing teams.
Train, mentor, and evaluate counsellors.
Conduct seminars and counselling events.
Track team performance and prepare reports.
Ensure an excellent student experience.
