A Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in assigned areas such as hotels, offices, hospitals, or private homes. They ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable workplace for guests, residents, or employees.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
Make beds and change linens.
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and furniture.
Replenish toiletries, towels, and other supplies.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Report maintenance issues or damaged items to supervisors.
Follow health and safety standards and cleaning procedures.
Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
Respond promptly to guest or customer requests, where applicable.

Qualifications:




High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required).
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive time management and attention to detail.
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
