The Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other facility-related systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repair work for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Inspect equipment and identify maintenance issues or safety hazards.
Attend breakdown complaints and resolve technical issues promptly.
Conduct preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
Ensure proper functioning of generators, pumps, lighting, air conditioning, and other equipment.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and repair work.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
Ensure workplace safety and follow company maintenance procedures.
Support installation of current equipment and machinery.
Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools and equipment.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle maintenance tools and equipment.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts if required.
Qualification:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical field.
Experience:
1–4 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, hotel, facility management, or related industry.

As per company standards and experience.
