Job description:

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automation solutions using Zoho applications.
Create custom functions, workflows, Blueprints, approvals, and scheduled tasks using Deluge scripting.
Configure and customize Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Recruit.
Build integrations between Zoho applications and third-party platforms using REST APIs, Webhooks, and OAuth.
Automate business processes to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
Design custom modules, reports, dashboards, and forms.
Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize existing workflows.
Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and implement scalable solutions.
Perform testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support.

Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in Zoho development and automation.
Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting.
Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, and Zoho Recruit.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and API integrations.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript,



HTML, CSS, and SQL.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Zoho Certified Developer or Zoho Creator Certification is an added advantage.
Experience integrating Zoho with ERP, HRMS, payment gateways, WhatsApp Business API, SMS gateways, or other enterprise applications.
