Role & responsibilities
Facility & Infrastructure Maintenance
Ensure smooth operation of hospital buildings and infrastructure.
Monitor and maintain:
Electrical systems
DG sets
HVAC/AHU systems
Chillers
UPS systems
Water supply systems
Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS)
Fire & Safety systems
Plumbing and drainage systems
Conduct regular inspections and initiate corrective actions.
Preventive Maintenance
Develop and implement Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
Maintain records of equipment maintenance and breakdown history.
Ensure minimal downtime of critical hospital equipment and utilities.
Team Management
Supervise technicians, electricians, plumbers, HVAC operators, and support staff.
Allocate daily work assignments.
Monitor attendance, leave, discipline, and productivity.
Conduct staff training on safety and maintenance procedures.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
Additional certification in HVAC, Safety, or Facility Management preferred.
