About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive who has strong knowledge of domestic holiday packages and can efficiently coordinate tour operations while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations for Domestic Holiday Packages.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, sightseeing vendors, and other travel partners.
Prepare and execute tour itineraries as per customer requirements.
Confirm bookings and ensure timely delivery of all travel services.
Coordinate with the Sales team for smooth tour execution.
Handle operational queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain operational records and booking details.
Ensure seamless coordination before, during, and after the tour.




Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and vendors.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Travel Industry.
Strong knowledge of Domestic Holiday Packages and destinations is mandatory.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,020.41 - ₹25,000.00 per month
