An MEP Supervisor manages the in office installation, testing, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. They act as the vital link between project engineers and field technicians, ensuring all behind-the-scenes building infrastructure is safely executed according to design specifications, building codes, and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Oversee daily field operations for HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems.
Quality & Compliance: Verify that equipment and installations strictly adhere to approved blueprints, manufacturer guidelines, and local safety (HSE) standards
Team Management: Coordinate schedules and delegate tasks to tradespeople, technicians, and subcontractors.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose in office technical issues (e.g., electrical faults) in real-time and devise effective corrective actions.




Reporting & Maintenance: Maintain daily logs, report on project milestones, and oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) routines. [1, 2]

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Diploma or B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Typically 2 to 4+ years of relevant in office experience in construction or facility management.
Technical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and shop drawings.
Certifications: Industry-recognized credentials in health, safety, and system commissioning can provide an advantage
