Job Description – Business Development Executive

QREC Clinical Research LLP is looking for a energetic, proactive, and well-presented Business Development Executive to support the organization's business growth, client engagement, and front office operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities through research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct follow-ups with leads via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and client documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely client support and project updates.
Maintain and update the client database and business development records.

Front Office & Reception
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and interview candidates in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
Schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments.




Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front office operations.
Coordinate with different departments for administrative support when required.
Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in business development, customer service, reception, or client relations will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused approach.
