Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with registered users and leads.
Explain TrueNikaah membership plans, features, and benefits.
Convert free users into paid members.
Understand user requirements and guide them toward suitable membership options.
Assist in onboarding.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the matrimony industry.
Experience in telecalling, customer handling, and lead conversion.
Must be comfortable working from home.
Should have a laptop/mobile phone and secure internet connection.
Must be target-oriented, disciplined, and good at follow-ups.
Knowledge of Muslim matrimonial culture will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate:
Prior experience in matrimony platforms.
Candidates who understand family-based marriage discussions and sensitive customer handling.
