Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude.

Take customer orders accurately and operate

Serve food and beverages efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and workstations.

Refill supplies and ensure product displays are well maintained.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order delivery.

Support opening, closing, and daily operational tasks.

Requirements

10th/12th pass or above.

Prior experience in a café, restaurant, QSR, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.

Valuable communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.

Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and willingness to learn.

Ability to work adaptable shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
