Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Tele Callers to join our immigration consultancy. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and converting inquiries into potential clients by providing accurate information about visa services.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about immigration services
Generate and qualify leads for visa counseling team
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients
Update and manage client data in CRM systems (optional)
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Coordinate with visa counselors for client appointments

Requirements




Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele calling / tele sales (preferred)
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of immigration/visa services is an advantage
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
